hi am of to sri lanka in 2 weeks and I dont know if its cheaper booking online or will I get ripped off wen I get there.I have found hostels for around 7 english pounds for one night cheap or not?

In this price range it%26#39;s better to see before committing. Only exception would be %26#39;remote%26#39; places (where you can%26#39;t walk to nextdoor during the negotiations) especially at weekends, when sometimes lots of locals book.

GH%26#39;s start at Rs 500-1000/night so 7 pounds is in that range, yep.
