Travelling to Sri lanka via doha with qatar Air lines in July can any one tell me whats at doha airport and are drinks included on this flight sorry to see July 6th is te total day

Hi there,

A) Qatar serves all drinks free on the flights.

B) Doha airport is not the best in the area, pending construction of a totally new airport, but does the job. Some shopping downstairs, a few bars/restaurants and plenty of seating locations.

Erics%26#39;s reply sounds like the premium terminal for business %26amp; 1st class Qatar Air.

The regular terminal has a coffee shop, restaurant, book %26amp; magazine store upstairs. No bar around though. There is also business %26amp; 1st class lounges for all other airlines.

It also has a fair sized duty free down stairs.

Hmmmmm... really was there 11 months ago and saw a LARGE bar at ground floor, behind the shopping complex. The restaurant is indeed first floor.

Was wondering if there was a %26#39;smoking%26#39; area at Doha airport - we only have less than 2 hours there but was wondering if we could sneak a quick cig?

As I live in Qatar, I%26#39;ve been through the airport a fair number of times and haven%26#39;t found a bar yet in the main terminal. I%26#39;m off again next Thursday to Sri Lanka again so will check out the airport thoroughly this time when leaving.

I%26#39;ll let you know what I find when I return (only away for a week this time)
