Security situation at present?

We plan to visit Srilanka this april. But from this website. It seems no quite safe to travel there.

Anyone have update about security situation?

Is it safe to go there (we are 2 girls) or should we wait untill it get better?

We plan to visit Colombo, Kandy, Nuwara eliya, Dambulla, Srikiya, Anudharapura,Polonnaruwa and may be Galle.

Security situation at present?

Hi,

All these mentioned areas are safe to travel. As a precaution avoid military bases, government buildings,large gatherings etc.
