%26pound; or $

Hi there...

Deffinately STERLING 拢s above Dollars, Ponuds widely accepted, and don%26#39;t forget to take Dollars you will be charged commission fees to change !, so if travle agents, banks ect advise Dollars, then this is purley to make money out of you !

SLA?, ok and i use them all the time, maybe others will not agree but for me the direct non stop flights are much better !, good quality non the less, and will using them again for next trip in 3 weeks time.

Dave

Hi,

I agree with Dave.

Don%26#39;t change your pounds to dollars and then again to rupees. It will only cost you commission twice.

In Sri Lanka change you money at bank or authorised money changers, hotels give a lesser rate.

ATMs are widespread in Sri Lanka. Also a way to get cash.

I would still be flying SriLankan if they were not so expensive. I have to connect via Frankfurt/Paris/London. Their planes are getting a bit dated but service has always been good.

Hans

Thank you both
