Hi Ian,

The only place I know about in that area is Hotel Jayamal Tourist Resort in Yakkala (on Colombo-Kandy Road).

Any special reasons why you want to stay in that area? It will be easier for you to find budget accommodation in a place like Negombo, and the places you are asking about for bird watching are as easily reached from Negombo as from Yakkala.
